Again keeping in mind that my blog was going to originally
be a photo journal, and since I know that Pat is a pretty
good photographer, I thought I would toss in a few more
random shots.
You do realize, of course, that the idea is to click on the
photos to see them full size, right??
First, I wanted to show two more of my 'Levitation' illusions...
both of these are from tossing some crumbs of cat food into
the sink, and flashing them to freeze them in mid air. I just
think it is so cool that they look like they are really just floating
there. I really need to find some other cool things to do this
with:
These are some layered shots of The Daughter on her new
bicycle from last year, similar to my old post about Duplicity:
Finally, since I will be flying next week, I would like to
present what I call 'The Race':
This is one reason why I love California so much...
the gorgeous palm trees:
Peace be with you.
thanks for the shout out my friend! I'm loving the "levitation" shots. I never even thought about doing that. But I'm going to! I dont mess with my shots much at all. So i gotta ask you, how do you do the "duplicity" shots? I don't know if I've ever seen them so seemless before!
ReplyDeleteNice job!
Oh my gosh: I should really read the words that precede the pictures before watching them...it would prevent me from jumping out of my chair when I saw the picture with your daughter X4 on her bike !!
ReplyDeleteI thought palm trees were smaller than that!?!They're so tall!
Awesome pics! I need to get Photoshop... I feel photographically handicapped...
ReplyDeleteAwesome pics! I have Photoshop but I FAIL at doing anything with it with the exception of the Auto tool.
ReplyDeletePat, they are pretty easy as long as you take all your shots with a tripod. Then you just go in and open each shot in a separate layer, and erase all the background except for the image of the person you want to show up.
ReplyDeleteI am cheap and poor, I don't have Photoshop, but I use GIMP which is free, and from what I can tell, pretty much does whatever Photoshop can do.
Gorgeous and neat pics, once again Joe!
